Do I need a doctor’s note for that? As massage therapists, our first responsibility to our clients is “do no harm”. Massage therapy is a powerful tool to help our clients live with and/or work through their various medical experiences…..when applied properly. Join us in an interactive exchange about the common pathologies many of our clients experience. Our goal for the day is to help you, the therapist, gain a greater understanding so that you may put the pieces together with knowledge and new critical thinking skills to build the perfect, more effective individualized session for each and every client. We will cover etiologies, signs, symptoms,common medical interventions as well as indications and session modifications. Supplies to Bring: Note taking supplies and a growth mindset!
