Therapeutic Stretching Instructor: Amy Scottino, LMT, MTI, CEP Instructor: Christina Hughes, LMT, MTI, CEP Course: 6 CE hours Location: Emerald Bodywork Education Facility 3700 W. 15th Street, 300D, Plano, TX 75075 Date: June 26, 2023 Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm NCBTMB Approved Description: Feel more comfortable and confident adding this essential component into your sessions with every client. While reviewing anatomy and kinesiology, that will help bring this knowledge to hands-on practice. We will navigate the most optimal approach to stretching for a therapeutic outcome. Passive, active and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) will be discussed and practiced. Supplies to Bring: Please dress in comfortable but professional attire as we will be practicing each stretch in class. Bath towel, sheet set, and pen or pencil for notes.
