Whether you’ve heard of CST and want to understand its foundations, or you’re wondering how it might complement your current massage practice, this course offers a welcoming space to explore the basics. Through guided discussion, demonstration, and gentle hands-on exploration, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of CST’s principles, its subtle yet profound approach to healing, and how it differs from traditional massage modalities. You’ll learn how CST engages the craniosacral system, supports the body’s innate rhythms, and invites deep listening and therapeutic presence. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether CST resonates with your practice and whether you’d like to pursue further training in this gentle modality.
